Properties
Pai Mu Tan means "white peony". The tea bears this name because the leaves after infusion remind the Chinese of a peony. Delicate buds and the two youngest leaves are carefully dried for Pai Mu Tan. A truly fine tea with a flowery, delicately tangy flavour. Goes well with light summer salads or dishes with pulses.á
Use
PREPARATION: Pour 80°C hot water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes.á

Store in a dry place away from heat.
