General Terms and Conditions of Vita Drogerie AG

1. Prices

1.1 The prices quoted are non-binding. Price differences between the online shop, marketplaces and shop prices are possible.

1.2 All prices include VAT.

2. Availability

2.1 The availability of the products offered depends on current stock levels at several locations. In principle, all products offered are also available in our drugstores within a short period of time. We reserve the right to make changes due to delivery bottlenecks. Please enquire at our shop about current availability.

2.2 In the event of delivery bottlenecks, we reserve the right to reduce orders in part or cancel them completely. If replacement items are available, we will offer them to you. Changes to the order may also affect the shipping costs.

3. Shipping

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the recipient country and the desired delivery time. Insurance coverage for shipments may vary depending on the size of the parcel and the recipient country.

3.2 Delivery by Swiss Post can be made to a storage compartment. If this is not desired, the following postal services can be used: MyPost24, PickPost or poste restante.

3.3 We have no influence on customs regulations in the recipient country (outside Switzerland). This may result in additional costs, which will be charged directly to the customer. Shipments are made with the appropriate customs declaration. It is not possible to deduct Swiss VAT.

3.4 Defective or undelivered orders must be reported to the nearest post office, quoting any tracking code provided. The completed report must then be sent electronically to the seller by e-mail for further processing.

4. Payment methods

4.1 Card payment / online payment
Payments by Mastercard, Visa, Postcard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal are made via the payment service provider Saferpay. The amount will be debited immediately after the order is completed.

4.2 Purchase on account
The "purchase on account" payment method is not available for all offers and requires, among other things, a successful credit check by CRIF AG.

When purchasing on account, the invoiced amount is due within 30 days of placing the order and must be transferred to the account specified on the invoice, quoting the reference number.

If the payment deadline is not met, the following reminder procedure will be applied:
from the 33rd day: Payment reminder by email
From the 60th day: second reminder, reminder fee of CHF 20
From the 75th day: final reminder, reminder fee of CHF 25
From the 90th day, if the claim remains outstanding, it will be assigned to Ideal Payment AG, which may result in additional fees.

4.3 Advance payments/additional payments
Advance payments or additional payments can be made via TWINT or bank transfer to the following account:

5. Medicines

5.1 Medicines require consultation.
5.2 Sales are made exclusively through the chemist's shop following a personal consultation.
5.3 For risks and side effects, read the package insert and ask a specialist.

6. Hazardous substances

6.1 Hazardous substances are labelled with the necessary safety and warning information on the packaging.
6.2 They are sold exclusively to adults with sufficient product knowledge.
6.3 By ordering hazardous substances, you confirm that you will comply with the safety precautions as indicated on the packaging.

7. Right of return and cancellation

7.1 Please contact us before returning an item.
7.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to us unopened within 7 days of delivery.
7.3 Unsealed packaging, food, food supplements, hygiene products, medicines and special order items (available from 2 days) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7.4 The return shipment must be sent with sufficient postage to the following address:

7.5 Any refunds will be made using the payment method used for the order, minus shipping costs and a processing fee of CHF 10.
7.6 For orders that have already been received but not yet handed over to the post office, the refund will be made minus a processing fee of CHF 10.

8. Retention of title

The goods delivered by us remain our property until all claims arising from the business relationship have been fulfilled in full, regardless of the legal basis.

10. Final provisions

Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provision.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction and performance is 5400 Baden, Switzerland.
