Solmucalm Sirup für Erwachsene 180 ml

Solmucalm is a cough syrup with two active ingredients: Acetylcysteine, an expectorant that thins the viscous secretions so that they are easier to cough up, and chlorphenamine, a substance with a calming effect that also alleviates allergic symptoms.

Solmucalm is suitable for treating coughs caused by acute respiratory illnesses, such as cold coughs or acute bronchitis.

Solmucalm can also be used on medical prescription for chronic bronchitis, sinusitis, throat and pharyngitis as well as for coughs caused by paediatric illnesses.
