Oil capsule: Food supplement with vitamins and the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.á

Ingredients: Perilla oil, seaweed oil, modified maize starch, humectant: glycerine, golden millet oil, stabiliser: carrageenan, sodium phosphates; D-alpha-tocopherol.

Herbal capsule: Dietary supplement with vitamins, zinc, green tea extract and herbs.

Ingredients: Green tea extract (41 %), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, L-ascorbic acid, maize starch, stabiliser: polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; sea buckthorn powder, herbal mixture (2 %), calcium D-pantothenate, nicotinamide, stabiliser: hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agent: talc, zinc carbonate, calcium carbonate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin-5-phosphate (sodium), thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylglutamic acid (folate), D-biotin, cyanocobalamin, sodium selenate, colouring agents: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
1 Íl capsule and 1 herbal capsule per day, preferably after the first meal, with plenty of water.
