Application
For thickening soups, preparing sauces, desserts, cake glazes and fillings or ice cream. carefully stir 1-2 teaspoons of locust bean gum into 1/2 litre of cold or warm liquid. Allow cold dishes to swell. Bring hot dishes to the boil again, stirring constantly.
