Properties

The native thistle oil is obtained from the seeds of the safflower. Gentle pressing preserves the natural ingredients and typical flavour as far as possible. Safflower oil is characterised by its mild nutty flavour and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (75 g per 100 g oil).

Use

Ideal for cold dishes such as salads and raw vegetables as well as for vegetable and cereal dishes.
