Ingredients
Guar gum (70%), potato flour, apple powder.
Properties
Provisan Guar Granules made from guar gum are a high-fibre foodstuff used to enrich the daily diet with valuable dietary fibres.
Directions
Stir 1 level teaspoon (4g) 3 times a day, ideally before or during a meal, into 100-250ml of liquid or mushy food such as yoghurt, quark, etc. and consume immediately.
