Prorhinel is a solution for nasal application consisting of a physiological solution, an antiseptic and a liquefier.

Blockage of the nose with nasal mucus can hinder breathing and lead to a second infection.

Mucus congestion is particularly troublesome in babies and small children who are not yet able to blow their noses, as it is very difficult for them to clear the mucus. Prorhinel can provide relief from this discomfort by eliminating the mucus, clearing the upper airways and eliminating the unpleasant feeling of a blocked nose.

Prorhinel is used for the local treatment of nasal mucosal inflammation (rhinitis) as well as for moisturising dry nasal mucosa, cleaning the nasal cavities and treating dry rhinitis.

On medical prescription or on the advice of a pharmacist, Prorhinel can also be used to treat nasal congestion in rhinitis (nasal obstruction), inflammation of the nasopharyngeal mucosa (rhinopharyngitis) and acute or chronic sinusitis.
