Mg5-Oraleff supplies the body with sufficient quantities of magnesium in an easily absorbable form - bound to aspartic acid. Magnesium is a vital element that is necessary for many metabolic processes in the human body. It is assumed that adults need at least 300-400 mg of magnesium per day. One effervescent tablet of Mg5-Oraleff contains 7.5 mmol magnesium, corresponding to 182 mg magnesium as magnesium hydrogen L-aspartate dihydrate.

Mg5-Oraleff is used

• to cover an increased requirement (e.g. growth, high-performance sport, pregnancy, breastfeeding);
• for diets low in magnesium;
• for calf cramps.

Mg5-Oraleff can also be used on a doctor's prescription or on the advice of a pharmacist:

• for muscle twitching;
• for disorders of muscle activity;
• for muscular cramps.
