GeloDurat contains 300 mg distillate of essential oils from eucalyptus and myrtle leaves and sweet orange and lemon peel and is used for acute and chronic bronchitis and inflammation of the paranasal sinuses (acute and chronic sinusitis).
GeloDurat liquefies the mucus in the bronchi and sinuses, promotes the removal of this mucus and makes it easier to cough up.
GeloDurat reduces the frequent exacerbations of the disease in chronic cases.
