Excipial U products improve and normalise the skin's condition by supplementing the natural protective film with lipids and a moisturiser. As a result, they smooth the rough surface and make the skin elastic and resistant.

Excipial U Hydrolotio is a moisturising body milk of the oil-in-water type with the active ingredient urea. It has a very high water content, is only slightly greasy and has good secretion and heat permeability, has a cooling effect and can be washed off with water.

Excipial U Lipolotio also contains the active ingredient urea in a higher concentration and in a more greasy water-in-oil emulsion. It is waterproof and absorbs quickly despite its high fat content. Excipial U Lipolotio is available perfumed and unscented.

Both products are particularly suitable for extensive application to protect and care for sensitive or slightly inflamed skin: Excipial U Hydrolotio for use on normal to slightly dry skin types, Excipial U Lipolotio for dry to very dry skin and as a supportive measure for dehydration. Both preparations are suitable for alternating treatment with highly effective skin remedies (e.g. Excipial U during the day, corticosteroid preparations at night) and for skin care after skin diseases have healed.
