Advice
It is recommended to bathe with Equi-Base Alkaline Bath Salts for at least 30 and preferably 45 to 60 minutes, rubbing yourself with a flannel or brush in between.
If you suffer from cramps, it is better to bathe at a lower temperature (body temperature).
