Dolobene Gel is a combination of active ingredients with the following properties:
Heparin counteracts blood clotting and improves the regression of haematomas.
Dexpanthenol protects and cares for the skin.
Dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) increases the absorption of other substances through the skin and has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
Dolobene Gel is used for complaints associated with venous leg disorders such as pain and swelling; with blunt (non-open) sports and accident injuries such as bruising, contusions, bruises, strains, sprains and pain in muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.
This preparation is also used on medical prescription to treat superficial inflammation in venous leg disorders, tennis elbow, tendonitis, tendon sheath inflammation, bursitis and arm and shoulder stiffness.
