DiaPed foot cream is an intensively nourishing cream for the daily care of very dry, cracked, heavily stressed and particularly sensitive feet. DiaPed contains pyroglutamic acid in a natural base of jojoba oil, shea butter, beeswax and lavender oil. WITHOUT parabens. In humans, pyroglutamic acid is part of the skin's own natural moisturising factor (Natural Moisturising Factor, NMF). It helps the skin to retain moisture. Pyroglutamic acid is one of the most effective moisturising substances. Another important ingredient is shea butter. Shea butter contains allantoin, which nourishes the skin and promotes wound healing. Shea butter is therefore a particularly good ingredient when it comes to caring for very dry and cracked skin. Jojoba oil is not actually an oil, but a wax that is particularly rich in tannins. Tannins have an astringent effect. They help to reduce sweat production and close small cracks.
