Carboticon combines two active ingredients with complementary effects: activated charcoal with adsorbing properties and simeticone with defoaming properties.

Carboticon combats the accumulation of gas in the stomach and intestines and promotes its natural elimination. This speciality is suitable for the symptomatic treatment of dyspeptic conditions and meteorism; one dose comprises a blue capsule with release in the stomach and a red, gastro-resistant capsule with release in the intestine. This particularity allows a progressive and complete release of the active ingredients sequentially in the stomach and intestine. The two active ingredients of Carboticon are active in the gastrointestinal tract and do not enter the blood circulation.
