Calcium D3 Sandoz is indicated as a calcium and vitamin D supplement for older people with calcium and vitamin D deficiency or at high risk of a deficiency state (e.g. insufficient consumption of dairy products, insufficient sun exposure) and to support targeted osteoporosis treatment in patients with proven or high risk of simultaneous calcium and vitamin D deficiency.
