LitoFlex is the only rosehip powder to contain the original Danish rosehip powder from the farmer Hansen. It consists of seeds and shells, which guarantees a high variety of healthy ingredients. LitoFlex is pure nature and contains no additives. It is rich in rosehip's own natural vitamin C.

The quality of Danish rosehip powder begins with the selection and development of the rosehip variety. Particularly robust rose hips grow on the coasts of Denmark. They are exposed to cold weather and strong winds from the Baltic Sea. á

for many years, botanists and agricultural researchers have worked together with the Danish farmer Erik Hansen to select particularly robust rose hips with a high galactolipid content. They observed and analysed the plants in several regions of Denmark. A particularly vigorous subspecies of the wild rose proved to be particularly suitable. They named it Rosa canina Lito.

To ensure the supply and quality of the rose hips used, Erik Hansen's company Hyben Vital ApS decided to grow the rose hips in a natural environment and in the familiar soil in plantations on the island of Langeland in Denmark.

The production of the rosehip powder itself is time-consuming, as important ingredients quickly decompose in the heat. Temperatures must never exceed 40¦C, either during drying or grinding.

The effort is worth it. LitoFlex is the only rosehip powder that has been successfully documented in multiple scientific studies.

Ingestion
You can see the quality in the powder. It is a beautiful, deep orange-red colour and tastes fruity and slightly sweet. The powder is best enjoyed stirred into yoghurt, quark or muesli. It is also ideal for smoothies, shakes or apple sauce. It is advisable to leave the mixture to infuse for a few minutes so that the seeds can soften a little. To preserve the valuable ingredients, you should not heat the powder.

Dosage:
5 g rosehip powder per day. This corresponds to 2 scoops (enclosed in the pack) or 6 capsules Ó 835mg. LitoFlex can be taken once in the morning or divided into two doses, each time with food. If there is a particular need, it is advisable to increase the amount to 10 g per day

LitoFlex capsules are best taken with 2-3 dl of liquid. The seeds swell.

Long-term daily intake is recommended for rosehip.
